The following is a list of answers to our Frequently Asked Questions, if there is a question you have, not answered below....please do not hesitate to contact me. 


How do I join? Is there a special offer?




It’s easy! Just choose one of the 3 budget-friendly levels of memberships we offer, depending upon how many FREE pieces you’d like to receive each month. Then fill in some basic information on our secure online registration form and enter a valid credit card number to open your account. You will receive a confirmation email with your account details and user ID so you can get started. Once you add selections to your Wish List, you’ll have your first item(s) within 3-6 business days. Plus, as a special BONUS offer you will also receive our signature Keyhole Heart Pendant  and our 2 Carat Cubic Zirconia Brilliant Cut Stud Earrings absolutely FREE with your first order!!! 





What credit cards do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

Can I change the order or add/remove items from my list?

Sure, it’s totally flexible. You can add, remove or update the order of your Wish List (provided the item has not already shipped.) This allows you to select pieces for upcoming special occasions or gift-giving, add new items with ease, change your mind, or get something you really want sooner than later! 




Do I have to pay for shipping?


Shipping is always FREE! There are no hidden charges, ever.




What if a piece arrives damaged?


Simply ship it back within 5 days of receipt with a note including your name, address, and membership number, and we’ll send out a replacement ASAP. 


How much do the pieces you feature sell for in stores?


Similar selections to those featured in our collections retail for up to $100 or more at fine department stores and designer shops. We created JustGano.com to address today’s economic issues and offer manufacturer-direct savings so you can still enjoy getting the jewelry you want, while completely bypassing the costly markups of high-end retailers. Can I cancel my membership? What do I do?


Yes. You may cancel anytime, immediately effective the following month. It’s easy and hassle-free. However, we hope you will enjoy enhancing your wardrobe and lifestyle with our beautiful, FREE selections. 
 
 
How can the company afford to offer such low memebrship plans?
 
Simply put, we are the direct manufacturer with no store front costs!
